Our initial conversation will involve a detailed discussion regarding your CV content, experience to date, career aspirations and salary expectations.
The next stage will be to share any relevant job descriptions with you, plus provide an in-depth account of our clients technical and cultural requirements, the potential career progression and remuneration package. Only upon receiving your written consent to proceed, we will then submit your CV to our client.
To best illustrate your skills, experience and value to a potential employer, you will need to be fully informed and comfortable throughout the interview process. We will therefore answer all of your potential questions, plus provide detailed information regarding the client set-up, the interview format and the interviewers themselves, so when the time arrives for you to meet the client, you are fully prepared.
Offer and acceptance
Due to our transparency, diligence and support throughout the process, the offer and acceptance stage is often a foregone conclusion. We will present you with the offer of employment and work closely with the client to answer any of your questions. Upon your acceptance, we will help to ensure a smooth transition from your old role to the new one.
After you’ve started your new role
We will keep in touch to check that you are happy. If there are any issues that need to be addressed, we will work closely with you and the client to resolve them. Our aim is to provide you with an excellent service, so you will happily recommend us to others.
