James began his IT Recruitment career in 1996 working for an established PLC company, performing numerous roles including Divisional Manager, Account Director and Resourcing Specialist. In 2003, James founded Sure IT with the aim of providing an unparalleled and ethical IT recruitment service. James remains a hands-on recruiter and account director to a number of Sure IT’s key clients.
